By accessing or subscribing to FedTronix ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. FedTronix is operated by Buildtronix Ai Corp, a Florida corporation (EIN: 42-1855080).
FedTronix aggregates and filters data from official federal procurement databases to deliver daily federal contract opportunity intelligence to subscribers. FedTronix is an intelligence and information tool. It is not a legal advisory service, a bidding service, or a guarantee of contract award.
3.1 Plans. FedTronix offers three paid subscription tiers: Intel ($49/month), Pro ($69/month), and AI Suite ($99/month). Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
3.2 Billing. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
3.3 Minimum Commitment. All subscriptions require a minimum 3-month commitment. Your subscription will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis after the initial 3-month period. Cancellation requests submitted before the 3-month minimum has elapsed will take effect at the end of the 3rd month. After the minimum period, you may cancel at any time effective at the end of the current billing month by contacting bob@fedtronix.com.
3.4 Annual Option. Annual subscriptions (equivalent to 10 months paid) are available at checkout. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 7 days.
All subscription fees are non-refundable. FedTronix delivers federal contract intelligence upon subscription activation. Once data has been accessed or delivered, the value of the Service has been rendered and no refunds will be issued for any reason, including non-use, dissatisfaction, or cancellation. By subscribing, you acknowledge that the Service is delivered immediately upon payment and waive any right to a refund.
5.1 Sources. FedTronix aggregates data from official federal procurement databases including SAM.gov and related government sources. We do not guarantee that all federal solicitations are captured, that data is error-free, or that information is current at the time of delivery.
5.2 Delivery Cadence. Opportunity alerts are delivered daily. FedTronix does not offer real-time or instant alerts. Alert delivery depends on government database update schedules which are outside our control.
5.3 No Guarantee. FedTronix does not guarantee contract awards, bidding success, or business outcomes of any kind. Subscribers are solely responsible for independently verifying all solicitation details before submitting any response to the government.
5.4 Proximity Data. Approximately 30–40% of federal contracts list state only and do not include specific location data. These contracts are excluded from proximity-based filters. Results may not represent all opportunities in a given area.
Subscribers may not: (a) resell, sublicense, or redistribute FedTronix data, reports, or content; (b) use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download the platform beyond normal use; (c) share login credentials with non-subscribers; (d) use the Service to compile competitive intelligence products for resale; (e) reverse engineer any part of the platform.
FedTronix filtering logic, scoring algorithms, matching systems, and presentation formats are proprietary to Buildtronix Ai Corp. Underlying federal procurement data is sourced from public government databases and is not claimed as proprietary by FedTronix.
We collect your name, email, business information, and payment details to provide the Service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of this information to operate and improve FedTronix.
FedTronix and Buildtronix Ai Corp shall not be liable for any missed federal solicitations, lost contract opportunities, or business decisions made based on FedTronix intelligence. In no event shall our liability exceed the fees you paid in the prior 30 days. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or abuse of the Service. You may cancel your subscription at any time subject to the minimum commitment period in Section 3.3.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Monroe County, Florida. You waive any right to a jury trial in connection with any dispute arising from these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
